Welcome to Manor way Surgery
With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need.
As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS FOR ANY CONTROLLED DRUGS THROUGH E CONSULT
Repeat Prescriptions can only be requested via Patient Online Access or visiting the surgery.
Approximately a week after an E-consultation all patients will be asked to complete a satisfaction survey, this feedback is really important to the practice and we ask all patients to complete it. Many thanks
Appointments can now be booked through our reception for appointments with a GP or Nurse for evening and weekends at Gosport War Memorial. Please see the attached document for further information
