If you are on regular medication that has been agreed by your doctor, you can request further medication by:

• Calling in at the surgery and leaving your request either in the box at reception or, if the surgery is closed, in the post box.
   
• Online Request
   
• Written Request (please enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you wish a prescription to be returned by post)

We do not accept telephone requests for prescriptions.

Please give at least two working days for your prescription to be prepared. Prescriptions requested after 1300 on Friday may not be ready until the following Tuesday.
