Everyone at Manor Way Surgery would like to wish you a very happy Christmas xmas

Appointments can be booked either in person at reception, by telephoning reception between 08:00 and 18:30 or by booking online using Patient Access. If you have not registered for Patient Access and would like to be able to use this facility please contact reception who will organise this for you.

Morning surgery runs from 08:30 to 11:30 and afternoon surgery from 14:30 to 17:30.

Routine appointments are available for booking from 9am.

Please arrive in good time for your appointment and inform the receptionist on your arrival.

If you require an appointment on the same day you will be booked in with one of our nurse practitioners.

All routine doctor appointments are booked for 15 minutes. If there are several things you wish to discuss it is helpful to mention them all at the beginning.

We try our best to run to time but on occasions surgeries can run late because earlier consultations have taken longer or there has been an emergency that needed your doctor’s urgent attention. We ask for your understanding and patience at such times.

If you are late for an appointment you may be asked to re-book. This is primarily out of fairness for subsequent patients who do attend on time who would otherwise be penalised for your tardiness.

Where possible, please try to see the same doctor for follow-up appointments in any particular episode of illness.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
